Measurements provided in our size guide are approximate and may vary by up to 1–2cm due to the nature of garment production. We recommend reviewing the full size guide before ordering, as exchanges for sizing reasons follow the policy below.
All domestic shipping is handled through Shopee's logistics network. Estimated delivery times are determined by the courier selected at checkout and are outside PROJECT101's direct control.
Requests for exchange due to sizing or manufacturing defects must be raised within 3 days of receipt via WhatsApp or Shopee's return center. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
All payments are processed through Shopee's secure payment system, or arranged manually for orders placed via WhatsApp. PROJECT101 does not collect or store payment information directly.
